EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR
Lindsey currently serves as a 4K Teacher with the Wisconsin Heights School District, where she designs play-based, standards-aligned instruction to support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. In this role, she uses observational data to guide differentiated instruction and foster individual student growth while building an inclusive classroom community. She previously gained experience with the Madison Metropolitan School District through student teaching and multiple practicums across elementary grade levels. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with dual certification in early childhood and elementary education, as well as a certificate in Educational Policy Studies.

Lindsey is passionate about empowering young learners by creating a classroom environment grounded in curiosity, confidence, and independence. As a 4K teacher, she intentionally designs play-based experiences that encourage students to take ownership of their learning, explore their interests, and develop critical foundational skills. She leverages strong observation and relationship-building skills to understand each child’s unique strengths and needs, using this insight to guide responsive instruction. By fostering a supportive and inclusive community, she helps students build self-efficacy and a love of learning, ensuring each child feels capable, valued, and prepared for continued growth.
