“My goal is to be a thought partner in creating innovative solutions to complex problems. With a focus on both quantitative and qualitative data, I believe that we can continue to make equitable decisions that will impact all learners. I’m excited to discover new ways of making those around me, just as excited about digging into data as I am!”
INSTRUCTIONAL PROJECT SPECIALIST
Kristi Arenz is the Instructional Project Specialist for the School District of La Crosse, a K-12 public school district. Working alongside the Superintendent and the Instructional team, one of her many roles is facilitating several projects throughout the school year gathering survey data from various stakeholder groups. With her agile mindset and workstyle, she adapts projects and environments to meet a full panoramic of potential goals/outcomes. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Leadership from Viterbo University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
TRANSFORMATION THROUGH TRUST
Establishing and providing stewardship for trust is one of Kristi’s professional strengths. Trust is the most critical “currency” in creating relationships that allow authentic and vulnerable conversations to transpire. Within each opportunity to partner with staff, administrators, families, and community partners, Kristi develops trust with identified efforts such as establishing clarity, extending compassion, demonstrating competency, being committed, remaining connected, producing results, and embracing a mindset that the “little things” done consistently make a big difference. With an open mind and heart coupled with the skills learned in the Learning Analytics program, she’s looking forward to leading transformational educational changes.
Kristi is a 2024 Committed Scholars Program recipient.
