Arielle Endres

“I’m striving to further my ability with turning insights into solutions. I have always been fascinated with the stories data can tell and I believe this program will allow me to hone my data analyzation skills in the educational sector. I want to contribute to driving change in making education more attainable for all.” 

GRANT PROGRAM MANAGER  

Arielle currently works with 25 minority-serving institutions (MSIs) partnered with Ascendium through a grant initiative created by Federal Student Aid. Through the project, Arielle serves as the main point of contact for varying programs offered by each institution. Amongst the many faculty and staff Arielle works with at each college, she serves as a program manager and coach, helping the participating institutions maximize grant funding to help students persist. She has an associate degree in business management from Madison College (Cum laude), as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakeland University (Magna cum laude).  

LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD 

Arielle is passionate about making a difference in the education sector by helping students from low-income backgrounds and leveling the playing field in workforce development and college completion. She has witnessed the impact grant funding has on MSIs, demonstrated year after year by consistent persistence percentages. Arielle is eager to see how additional advancements, tools, and opportunities will further progress in the education sector.
