RECRUITER, FACILITATOR, ARTIST
Rose Holtsnider is a talent acquisition professional at Comcast, specializing in high-volume retail recruiting. She began her career as a facilitator with the Fleet & Family Support Center, where she delivered training on key topics such as relocation, career development, and suicide prevention for military personnel and their families. This role sparked her passion for adult learning and training. Rose brings strong communication and instructional skills to her current role, where she was promoted in March for her contributions. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts from Colorado State University.
CREATIVE CONNECTION AND DEVELOPMENT
Rose channels her creativity—drawn from her background as a visual artist—into every aspect of her professional and volunteer work, and into initiatives that foster connection and growth. Rose volunteers as a birthday cake decorator for children in foster care and group homes. In the workplace, she applies her creative problem-solving to develop organizational systems and a comprehensive training playbook, all aimed at supporting others’ success. She also hosts a co-working Meetup group in Madison, facilitates an online career development group, and is an active member of the local Magnet professional network.
