COGITO ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

Allison’s work in Implementation Services at Epic focuses on helping health systems transition to using Epic to meet their analytics needs and set them up for long-term success. This work includes guiding leadership through policy decisions, working with multiple teams across areas to build reporting content, and defining data governance strategy. Allison is also responsible for building and maintaining analytics classes and training materials for Epic’s new hires. She has experience in special education, out-of-school time, and secondary education, and earned her BA in Policy Studies from Syracuse University with a specialization in education, health, and public services.

PUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHER

Allison works with analytics stakeholders in the healthcare world to ensure the right information gets to the right person at the right time. She is passionate about making sure decision makers have complete and accurate information, with a particular interest in representing and communicating complex issues and potential solutions with data. She works with teams across all areas of healthcare to create and maintain analytics tools that allow users to explore patterns, identify areas for growth, and find ways to improve. Allison enjoys teaching and learning about data literacy, decision-making processes, and new Excel tricks.
