Annika Lipski

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Annika currently teaches at Augustine Preparatory Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During the 2024-2025 school year, Annika taught 10th grade United States History. She graduated summa cum laude from Bob Jones University, in Greenville, South Carolina in 2024 with a degree in Social Studies Education. Annika has teaching licenses for South Carolina and Wisconsin. Although both licenses overlap at the middle school level, Annika specializes in high school aged students, and completed all necessary student teaching hours in a public high school in Greenville, South Carolina.  

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Annika has a passion for education and strives to be the teacher that each of her students deserves. One of Annika’s missions for her students is to help each one achieve their full academic potential while learning to love learning. Annika tries to motivate each student to give their best effort by creating a welcoming classroom environment and by creating a personal connection with each member of her classes. Annika desires to use data and feedback to help students achieve the next level of academic success and to help students reach their own personal learning goals.
