Learning Professional or Professional Learner?
Jay is a people-first and data-informed leadership coach, trainer, and organizational consultant with over a decade of experience in education, healthcare, biotech, and government. Her Master’s in Learning Analytics taught her to ask the right questions, handle data ethically, and translate insights into strategy. These are skills she applies daily considering the many hats she wears as a program manager, instructional designer, and consulting practitioner. Balancing client needs with her expertise, Jay builds meaningful partnerships that drive talent development, strengthen leadership, and foster organizational growth. As both an entrepreneur and public servant, she brings versatility and a commitment to continuous learning and impact to every endeavor.
Passion beyond the Classroom!
Jay’s dedication extends beyond her professional role. She serves as President-Elect for ICF Wisconsin, where she uses her skills to support coach development and credentialing across the state. To date, Jay still uses her research and analytical skills to provide organizational assessments and evaluation consultations for corporate partners and higher education institutions. She is a world traveler who enjoys learning about herself and others through cultural immersion and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
