Isaac Blakeslee

SCIENCE AND AVID TEACHER

Isaac will be starting as a Science and AVID Teacher at Preble Highschool in Green Bay this fall, 2026. His career in education began in 2024 when he started in the Green Bay School District as a Math Para. Working with students inspired Isaac to earn an alternative teaching certification. He has spent the last two years teaching seventh grade Science and AVID at Lombardi Middle School. Prior to becoming an educator, Isaac spent a year working as research technician at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He received a BS in Chemistry from St. Norbert College in 2022.

SCIENCE EDUCATION AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Isaac works with students who are interested in science and positive learning outcomes that prepare them for post-secondary education. He is passionate about understanding the data that helps drive academic decision making for students, and he wants to help students understand how that data impacts them. He also enjoys finding high impact ways to support students who are exploring STEAM education.
