Nancy Bowen works as a learning counselor in her own venture, learningflow.earth, a learner consultation service and family resource collection. This platform communicates current research and a wide variety of web based help for families especially of advanced and twice exceptional learners. Strong focus is placed on social and emotional learning (SEL), mental health, and personalized learning plans (PLPs).

Passion for Learning and Empowering Learners

Nancy has a rich and varied story beginning as an immigrant descendant in the forests of the north  and wending forward through a multiplicity of experiences. She has lived and worked at a UW research facility, experienced parenthood abroad in a new language environment, championed equity in advanced learning opportunities, and has coached learners and families in numerous stateside learning environments. All this has developed a strong, well founded understanding of the individual learning process and a passion to free learners to become their best selves. Nancy unites the creative power of divergent thinking with the clarity of data analysis and collaboratively works for positive growth in all situations.
