Morgan Hall
Position title: ComPsych
Address:
Chicago, IL

Morgan Hall graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 with degrees in Psychology and Spanish, and a Certificate in Business. In 2015, Morgan spent time in an international exchange in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain, where she focused on Spanish literature, culture, history and language. Currently, Morgan works full time as a Reporting & Data Analyst with a health and wellness company called ComPsych, headquartered in downtown Chicago. In this role, she creates ad-hoc reporting solutions for a book of 10,000+ clients ranging from public to private and acts internally as a liaison between IT Developers and Account Services/Managers. While currently working in healthcare data, Morgan’s professional interests have always leaned towards education — specifically, second-language acquisition and cultural awareness. Her areas of interest are centered around two pillars: accessible bilingual/foreign language programs for younger (K-5) students to increase cognitive development from a young age, and accessible cultural immersion programs for University-aged students to help cultivate more culturally aware adults. Between her passions for data-driven results and increasing these educational opportunities, she is ready to dive headfirst into the LAMP curriculum.
