I joined the Learning Analytics program to serve future learners. UW-Madison provides a unique opportunity to explore the relationship between data and education. I’m excited at the prospect of working with the exemplary faculty to strengthen my analytical skills. PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR IN TUTORING SERVICES
Sai is an education professional with extensive experience in tutoring and academic program management. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in English & Comparative Literature and Political Science, with a minor in Data Science, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With this interdisciplinary background, Sai advanced through multiple leadership roles at Sylvan Learning Center of Raleigh, serving as a Teacher, Program Manager, and Assistant Director. They partnered with more than 60 families to coordinate remedial and enrichment programs for students from kindergarten through 12th grade, supporting diverse learning needs. In their most recent role, Sai designed individualized lesson plans for middle school students through private tutoring services.

Through the Learning Analytics program, they hope to combine empathy with data-driven insights to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives and help create more equitable outcomes for students.
